Is your service totally discreet and confidential?

Yes! Completely. Our customer service team will always treat your order and enquiry with the utmost discretion. Your order is sent in a strong, padded, plain mailing bag and DOES NOT mention our name anywhere on the outside of the package. There is also no reference on the outside of the package as to its contents. 100% discretion is assured!

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

All orders received Monday - Friday, during working hours, are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be sent the next working day. UK based orders are send via Royal Mail 1st class delivery and usually arrive within 1 to 2 working days. However, 5 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived. European orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days and international orders usually arrive within 10 working days.

SPECIAL DELIVERY ORDERS ARE GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY IF WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 4PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY (UK only). Payment by cheque with your card number on the reverse is subject to the normal clearance time. Occasionally, due to the huge amount of orders we receive every day, an item may go out of stock temporarily. If this should happen you will be notified of any delay and offered a full refund if you so desire.

No, we don't send out mail-shots such as special offers etc. DildoDan.co.uk ensures complete discretion and we thoroughly respect your privacy. Any special offers will be updated on our website as and when they become available.

If an item is unsuitable - can I exchange it?

All of our products come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product, or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable).

Our returns conditions are as follows...
1.The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2.The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3.The goods must be received back at our office within 14 days of placing your order.
4.Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we believe that the goods have been used, or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

What should I do if an item I receive is faulty?

Simply return it to us stating what the fault is and we will happily exchange it for you.

Do you specify on my bank statement what I have ordered?

No! Bank or card statements will not mention sex or adult material in any way, or details of the items you have ordered from us. We process credit cards through LloydsTSB-CardNet in the name of the holding company 'Net 1on1 Ltd', this is what will appear on your statement.

How often do you launch new products?

We are constantly on the look out for new products for our customers. Once they have been thoroughly tested and we are completely satisfied with the safety, quality and value for money, we will put them onto our site!
